April Market Summary
New Listings increased 88.9 percent for single-family homes and 175.0 percent for townhouse-condo properties.Pending Sales increased 233.3 percent for detached homes and 230.0 percent for attached properties.Inventory decreased 56.2 percent for detached homes and 52.4 percent for attached properties.
The Median Sales Price was up 61.4 percent to $1,017,000 for detached homes and 48.4 percent to $475,000 for attached properties.Days on Market decreased 23.8 percent for detached homes and 65.6 percent for attached properties
Grand County continues to see a significant increase in pricing ytd. There are several factors that contribute to this continued up swing. The housing shortage has made its way to the mountain resort communities. More folks are heading to the great outdoors and that is a driving force for the population growth in our community.
